Returns
Due to the nature of the products I sell, I cannot accept returns unless an item is damaged during shipping. If this should occur, I do require that you provide me with an image of the damaged item. Once that's done, I will be happy to either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

I only use pigments that are FDA approved for cosmetic purposes. Some of the glitters I use are not made specifically for cosmetics, but are of high quality and are tested to ensure that they are solvent resistant. Over a period of time, some of the glitters may curl slightly. However, I do make sure to test each glitter for a long period of time (in some cases a month or more) to ensure that they will continue to be wearable. Occasionally some small amounts of pigment/glitter may "settle" at the bottom of the polish (this is more typical with larger glitters or "creme" polishes). A good shake of the bottle should remedy this.

Please be aware of these conditions when you place your order, as I cannot give refunds based on any of the above mentioned things.

Lost Parcels
Each package is sent via USPS and is given a tracking number that will appear in your paypal history. If you did not use paypal to pay and would like access to your tracking number, please email me and I can send it to you.

If your package is lost in transit or the tracking info states that it was delivered and you for some reason did not get it, I cannot issue a refund. If you would like to to require a signature for your package, please let me know. There is an extra fee for that option though.

Shipping Charges
All packages are sent via USPS flat rate shipping. There are no exceptions to this rule. I'm sorry! :( If you would like to know why I ship with this method, please check out this blog post.

Combined Shipping
If only some of the shades that you want are available, I cannot postpone your order or combine separate orders together. I know I have done this in the past as a way to be accommodating to everyone and their needs, but it does make things more confusing and difficult to get through shipping orders. It also leaves me with more room to make errors. Again, I apologize! :( I am dealing with a lot of packages to be sent at once and the less confusion the better :)
