About Nostalgic Nail Lacquer

I create nail lacquers that are inspired by things from my past, such as: movies, music, cartoons, iconic figures, or even toys that I played with in the 80's. It's my goal to make these shades as unique and interesting as possible.

All of my lacquers are created by me, in my home, with high quality pigments, micas, glitter, and dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde and toluene free bases. They are cruelty free unless otherwise noted.

I only use pigments that are FDA approved for cosmetic purposes. Some of the glitters I use are not made specifically for cosmetics, but are of high quality and are tested to ensure that they are solvent resistant. Over a period of time, some of the glitters may curl slightly. However, I do make sure to test each glitter for a long period of time (in some cases a month or more) to ensure that they will continue to be wearable. Occasionally some small amounts of pigment/glitter may "settle" at the bottom of the polish (this is more typical with larger glitters or "creme" polishes). A good shake of the bottle should remedy this.

I only sell products that I myself wear on a regular basis and would never sell anything that I do not 100% believe in or feel will not stand the test of time.
